We serve Lebanese authentic national and regional dishes. Lebanese cuisine is a melting pot of different cultures; Turkish, Armenian and even French. Our food is inspired by the Lebanese culture as we experienced it during our upbringing.
We work closely with our suppliers who have some of the best produce in the Barcelona. We select our beef from a Primiginius breed of cows from a local farms. Our chicken lives happily. The vegetables are driven straight to the restaurant fresh from the Maresme and surroundings.
We use high quality Lebanese products unavailable in Barcelona. The Tahini is ground with the highest quality sesame and it’s oils, stone-ground using an old technique. Sun-dried Southern Lebanese Sumac.
